In my 20th year at Avalon ISD, and my 11th as superintendent, I am always excited to share our district, the students and the community of Avalon with others. How they interact with each other is the greatest asset of Avalon.

Aug. 26 was the beginning of a new academic year at Avalon ISD and we will end this year on June 6. Both starting and ending points are of importance, but only if the experiences in between those points are of value.
