People who ever have entertained the notion that elementary school physical education classes are easy can be described in one emphatic word: Wrong. Last week, I had the pleasure of spending a day at Carver Early Childhood Center, serving as substitute teacher for the PE Czarina of Carver, Marie Rogers, who was the winner of the Energy Contest drawing for a day off.
