Pechal, South set date

Larry and Cindy Pechal, of Ennis, are proud to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Colby Jade Pechal to Joshua Blake South, son of David and Tonya Patterson, and Blake South, of Caldwell, Texas. Colby is the granddaughter of Gene and Helen Pechal, and the late Joe and Margie Duke, all of Ennis. The prospective bride is a 2007 graduate of Ennis High School and a 2011 graduate of Texas A&M University, receiving a bachelor’s and master’s of professional accounting. Colby is currently employed by Schlumberger as a oil and gas revenue accountant. Joshua is a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M University receiving a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is a project manager for Brazos Technology. Colby and Joshua will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012 at the Wedding Chapel with dinner and dancing at 7F Lodge, in College Station, Texas. The couple will reside in Bryan, Texas.

Mr. And Mrs. Mike Minter, of Ennis, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, DeLayna Marie Minter, to Carlos Francisco Navarro IV, son of Dr. and Mrs. Carlos Navarro III, of Dallas. DeLayna is the granddaughter of Mr. And Mrs. Henry W. Odlozil Sr. of Bardwell and Mr. And Mrs. Wayne C. Minter, of Ennis. Carlos is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Santiago Rodriguez of Saltillo, Coahuila and Dr. and Mrs. Carlos Navarro II of Dallas. The bride elect is a 2003 graduate of St. John High School and a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Markets and Culture. The prospective groom is a 2002 graduate of the Episcopal School of Dallas and a graduate of Butler University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. The couple will be united in Holy Matrimony on Nov. 17, 2012. A Catholic mass and ceremony will take place at 7:30 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church in Dallas. The reception will follow at the Belo Mansion in Dallas.

Harrell, Tomlinson plan wedding

Graham Stanton Harrell, of Ennis, and Brittney Megan Tomlinson, of Tyler, are pleased to announce their engagement and approaching wedding. After serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corp on 2 combat deployments to Iraq with the 3rd Battlallion, 3rd Marines, Taylor is attending Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas.
