Courtney and Josh Locke are proud to announce the arrival of daughter Peighton Ruth, born July 2 at Baylor Medical Center at Dallas weighing 7 pounds and 13 ounces and measuring 19 1/4 inches. She has two older siblings — 2-year-old brother Grant and Hannah, a 4-year-old sister. Maternal grandparents are Jeff and Susan Heine, of Ennis and Phil and Laura Vavra, of Ennis. Paternal grandparents are Patsy Brewer, of Ennis, Larry Pruitt, of Hillsboro, Kenneth and Theresa Vavra, of Ennis, and Bobbie Ruth Marshall of Sherman.

Michael Arthur Wensowitch is very proud and excited to announce the arrival of his brother, Philip Nathan. Proud parents are Nathan and Katie Wensowitch, of Buda. Philip was born May 15, 2012, at Seton Southwest Hospital in Austin. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces.
Philip’s grandparents are Susan Sandles and Charles Sandles of Flower Mound and Alex and Janis Wensowitch, of Ennis. His great-grandparents are Clare Murnan of Flower Mound and the late Arthur Murnan and the late Dorothy and Peter Sandles; Mildred Trojacek, of Ennis and the late Adolf Trojacek; Georgia Wensowitch, of Ennis and the late Michael Wensowitch. Ava Jo, 6, and Jackson Wayne, 4, are proud to announce the birth of their baby sister Kate Mary Glenn. Kate was born Nov. 8, 2011 at 3:52 p.m. at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. She weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces and was 19 inches long.  Proud parents are Joe and Dianna Glenn, of Ennis. Maternal grandparents are Mike and Mary Minter; paternal grandparents are John and Mary Glenn, all of Ennis. Maternal great-grandparents are Henry and Mary Jane Odlozil and Wayne and Shirley Minter, also of Ennis. Kate is welcomed into a loving family filled with aunts and uncles: DeLayna, Carlos, DJ, Jessica, Robert, Petrina, Jerry, Melanie; and cousins: Michael, Chandler, Autum, and Max — along with many great-aunts and great-uncles, extended cousins and friends.

Jordan and Ashley Colunga are thrilled to announce the arrival of their baby boy, Brox Carter. He was born on Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 at 6:52 p.m. at Medical City in Dallas. Brox weighed 8 pounds and 1 ounce and was 20 3/4 inches long. Proud grandparents are Diane Liska and the late Gary Doherty, James Colunga and Milly Alcala. He is the great-grandson of Leslie and Geraldine Spaniel and Mildred Banks.

Allen and Christy O’Kelley of DeRidder, La., are proud to announce the birth of their baby boy, Samuel Boyd O’Kelley. He was born Sept. 6, 2011 and weighed 7 pounds and 1 ounce and was 18 inches long. His maternal grandparents are Wayne and Claudette Henry and his paternal grandparents are Henry and Sue O’Kelley.

Scott and Laura Jurica of Ennis are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Rylee Mae Jurica born Oct. 12 at Baylor Medical Center in Irving. Rylee Mae weighed 8 pounds and 2 ounces and was 20 inches long. She has two older brothers, Jonah and Jackson Jurica and 1 sister, Kaylee Jurica of Ennis. Maternal grandparents are Wayne and Nancy Huddleston of Grapevine. Paternal grandparents are Robert and Irene Jurica of Ennis. Annie Salik of Ennis is also a great-grandparent.

Miss Charley Jane Gillentine would like to announce her arrival.

She was born Friday, Aug. 19, 2011 at 6:41 pm in Medical City Hospital in Dallas. Charley weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 18.5 inches long. Her parents are Robert and Rebecca Gillentine of Ennis, Grandparents are Robert and Merrijo Slovak, and Randy and Pam Gillentine all of Ennis.

MacKenzie’s parents are Trent and Melisa Tobola of White Settlement. Cooper’s parents are Kyle and Dianna Cline, of Fort Worth. He is also welcomed by grandparents Larry and Susan Cline of North Richland Hills; Bobbie Cline, of Colleyville; JW and Mary Jo Shaunty, of North Richland Hills; Jean and Randy Johnson, of Palmer; and Wayne Sylvester Sr., of Ennis. Cooper was baptized at St John’s Catholic Church. His godmother is Angela Minear of Misawa, Japan and serving as his Christian Witness is Tyler Cline, of College Station.
