Ferris Fire Chief Tim Birdwell said an accidental fire that displaced three people, including a husband and wife, was a complete loss on Tuesday.

Child molester gets 198 years

Bardwell House Fire Extinguished

Area firefighters were able to extinguish a fire before it spread early Sunday morning. At 2:20 a.m., Bardwell Fire Department personnel were dispatched to a house fire at 1270 FM 984, about two miles northwest of Bardwell.
