LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID “E 13-01”MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY DEPARTMENT MATERIALS Sealed bids, addressed to Steve Howerton, City Manager, City of Ennis, Texas, will be received at the office of the City Manager, P.O. Box 220, 115 W. Brown St., Ennis, Texas 75120 until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 and then publicly opened and read in the City Commission Chambers at the same time and date, for “E 13-01” Miscellaneous Utility Department Materials. The materials consist of fire hydrants, water meters, screened sandy loam, pea gravel, flex base, carbon, water pipe, and various chemicals used in the treatment of water and waste water. Specifications will be mailed to all interested vendors and are also available from the office of the City Manager, Ennis, Texas. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to accept only those proposals which are in the best interest of the City of Ennis. STEVE HOWERTON CITY MANAGER
