LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID “E 13-01” MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY DEPARTMENT MATERIALS Sealed bids, addressed to Steve Howerton, City Manager, City of Ennis, Texas, will be received at the office of the City Manager, P.O. Box 220, 115 W. Brown St., Ennis, Texas 75120 until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 and then publicly opened and read in the City Commission Chambers at the same time and date, for “E 13-01” Miscellaneous Utility Department Materials. The materials consist of fire hydrants, water meters, screened sandy loam, pea gravel, flex base, carbon, water pipe, and various chemicals used in the treatment of water and wastewater. Specifications will be mailed to all interested vendors and are also available from the office of the City Manager, Ennis, Texas. Box 220, 115 W. Brown St., Ennis, Texas 75120 until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 20, 2012 and then publicly opened and read in the City Commission Chambers at the same time and date, for “E 13-02 MISCELLANEOUS STREET DEPARTMENT MATERIALS.” The materials consist of hot and cold asphalt mix, concrete, cushion sand, select fill, masonry sand and flexbase. Specifications wil be mailed to all interested vendors and are also available from the office of the City Manager, Ennis, Texas.
