LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSERS Palmer Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals for New Baseball Concession-Restroon Building. Proposals will be received in the School Administration Building of the Palmer Independent School District, 418 W. Jefferson Street, Palmer, Texas. Proposals will be submitted and received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 20, 2012. The project manual and drawings may be examined without charge in the Architect’s office at 4521 South Hulen, Suite 220, Fort Worth, TX 76109, telephone 817-377-2969, fax: 817-377-2303. Documents may be viewed or purchased at www.huckabee-inc.com. Addenda will only be published on the website of Huckabee & Associates (www.huckagee-inc.com). No addenda will be mailed or faxed to any document holder. Palmer Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the offer most advantageous to the District. The proposals will be publicly opened at 2:10 p.m. on same day proposals are due.

An ordinance of the City of Ennis, Ellis County, Texas, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance so as to give the following described property a classification; to re-classify approximately 2.367 acres of the Joseph A. Lane Survey, Abstract # 658, located at 260 Sunridge Road, Ennis, Ellis County, Texas. From “T” Transition District to “R-1” Dwelling District, Single Family and directing a change accordingly in the Offical Zoning Map of the City, and providing a Saving Clause, a Separability Clause, and an Effective Date.
