Lane Survey, Abstract # 658, located at 260 Sunridge Road, Ennis, Ellis County, Texas. From “T” Transition District to “R-1” Dwelling District, Single Family and directing a change accordingly in the Offical Zoning Map of the City, and providing
a Saving Clause, a Separability Clause, and an Effective Date. Passed on first reading this the 3rd day of December, 2012.
