SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL NON-COMPLIANCE
Listed below are Industrial Users who were found to be in Significant Non-Compliance with the requirements of 40 CFR 403 (General Pretreatment Regulations) over the past 12 months: #1 Industry Name: GAF Elk Corporation. Address: 202 Cedar Rd. Ennis, Texas 75119 Violation(s): During the months of July 2012 through September 2012 failure to submit monthly Self Monitoring Report for July 2012 on time as stated in wastewater discharge permit number 5. Actions Taken: The City of Ennis issued a notice of violation to GAF Elk Corporation and penalities were assessed in accordance with City Ordinance 11-11-01. Status of Compliance: GAF Elk Corporation is currently in compliance and all issues were resolved in a timely manner. CITY OF ENNIS, TEXAS
