The City of Ennis Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 7:15 PM (City Commissioner’s Chamber, 115 W. Brown St.) regarding: 1. Public Hearing and Consideration as may be appropriate regarding a re-plat for 5.1269 acres of the John Douthett Survey Abstract #305, which includes 0.5629 acres of Lot 1, Clay Street Apartment Addition and 4.564 acres Lot 2, Loper Addition, into a 2.1021 acre lot (Lot 1A) and a 3.0248 acre lot (Lot 2A), Clay Street Apartment Addition Number 2 and known as 1203 North Clay Street, Ennis, Ellis County, Texas.
