APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR
Notice is hereby given that on January 23, 2013, Letters Testamentary as Independent Executor upon the Estate of Anton J. Pavlicek III, Deceased, were issued to David Hornik, who resides at 825 Hornik Road, Ennis, Texas 75119, by the Honorable Judge of the County Court at Law of Ellis County, Texas, in Cause No. 13-E-2006, pending upon the Probate Docket of said Court.
