Cause #18,810-TX; Lot 26, Subdivision 2, Division 8, Ennis Division; Vol. 238, Page 25; Defendant: Mrs. Annie Whitley, Charles Whitley, Robbie Dobson (In Rem Only). Cause #18,670-TX; 1.793 acres, Abstract 604; G Kirk Survey; Vol. 2349, Page 819; Defendant: Arterburn Brothers, L.P., Skirmish, LLC.
