WASHINGTON, Deceased, and their respective share and interests in such estate. This Application may be acted on by the Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday following the expiration of 10 days from date of publication of this citation. All persons interested in this case are cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to this Application should they desire to do so. The Board of Directors of the Ennis Economic Development Corporation will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at 4:15 P.M. in the Conference Room located in the Ennis Municipal Building at 115 W. Brown Street, Ennis, Texas. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a “Proposed Project” (Acquisition of Open Space and Walking Paths – Approximately 71.968 Acres) to be authorized by the Ennis Economic Development Corporation pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Section 505.151-505.161 (4B Sales Tax). The public is invited to attend.
