Ellis County Purchasing Agent, Kim Gould, will receive sealed bids on the following: BID#: RFP-2012-015 Ellis County Records Building. Part “A” is due no later than 2:00 pm on December 10, 2012. Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the Purchasing Department on the 3rd floor of the historic courts building at 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. Part “B” is due no later than 2:00 pm on December 11, 2012 at the Ellis County Purchasing Department, 3rd floor of the historic courts building at 101 West Main Street, Suite 304, Waxahachie, TX.
