The City of Ennis City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 7:00 PM (City Commissioner’s Chambers, 115 W. Brown St.) regarding: A. Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance from: 1. “T” (Transition District) to “R-1” (Dwelling District Single Family) for approximately 2.367 Acres of the Joseph A. Lane Survey, Abstract Number 658, also known as 260 Sunridge Road, Ennis, Ellis County, Texas. P&Z Case #12.09.02
