The City of Ennis City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 7:00 PM (City Commissioner’s Chambers, 115 W. Brown St.) regarding: A. Amendment to the City of Ennis Zoning Ordinance from: 1. “T” (Transition District) to “R-1” (Dwelling District, Single Family) for approximately 11.831 acres of the Joseph A. Lane Survey, Abstract Number #658, located in the 100 & 200 block of Sunridge Road, Ennis, Ellis County, Texas. P&Z Case #12.11.01
