LEGAL NOTICE
Tom Sulak, Ellis-Prairie Soil & Water Conservation District Alternate Contracting Officer, will be accepting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for repair of Chambers Creek Watershed, Floodwater Retarding Structure Site No. 2F will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, Friday, December 21, 2012, at the Ellis-Prairie Soil & Water Conservation District office, 1822 FM 66, Suite 102, Waxahachie, TX 75167, or may be mailed to this address. There will be a pre-bid conference beginning at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2012, to be held at the Ellis-Prairie Soil & Water Conservation District office, 1822 FM 66, Suite 102, Waxahachie, Texas, 75167. The conference will be followed by a site showing of the project site. Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged.
