LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 12-09-05 An Ordinance of the City of Ennis, Texas repealing Ordinance 03-06-01 in its entirety; adopting the 2009 editions of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Energy Conservation Code, International Fire Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Existing Building Code, International Property Maintenance Code, the 2011 National Electric Code, and the latest edition on file of the National Fire Code, in the City of Ennis, Texas; providing a serverability clause; repealing any ordinance or parts thereof that conflict therewith; and establishing an effective date.
