NOTICE OF SALE OF
The Board of Trustees of the Palmer Independent School District (“PISD”) hereby serves notice that it will accept sealed bids for the following real property and all improvements to the property: The surface only described as beeing the following: All that certain tract or parcel of land, described as being part of 303 Dick Street, Palmer, Texas 75152, and being 10.674 acres of land, more or less, situated in Ellis County, Texas and recorded in volume 2003, page 0865 of the Deed Records of Ellis County, Texas and has the Property ID of 231226 in the Deed Records of Ellis County, Texas. The property neither includes the Palmer Elementary School nor the land underneath. The property neither includes the Palmer ISD Maintenance Barn nor the land underneath. The property is located east of the Palmer ISD Maintenance Barn and immediately east of Sunset Boulevard. The property is located south of the homes and property on West Marshall Street. The property is located west of the homes and property on Kinsala and west of the homes and property on North Sherman Street. The property is located north of the homes and property on Meadowlark Drive.
Interested parties may contact Mr. Kevin Noack, Superintendent, at the address below to receive Bid Package, which details the improvements and provides information regarding the minimum bid, disclosures and other important information. The proprety will be conveyed subject to the exceptions and reservations contained in the Bid Package, including the reservation and exception that this is a conveyance of the surface only. PISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. PISD will only accept Bids with a minimum offer to purchase of at least $54,000.00. Bids received after the deadline or faxed bids will not be considered.
