LEGAL NOTICE The EC ESD #7 (BRISTOL) will hold a meeting at 07:30 PM on September 25, 2012 at United Methodist Church, 104 Church, Bristol, TX, to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for tax year 2012. The proposed tax rate is 0.030000 per $100 of value. The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in EC ESD #7 (BRISTOL) BY 0.586756 percent.

LEGAL NOTICE Please refer to the Public Notice relating to the EC ESD #7 meeting set for September 25, 2012. The EC ESD #7 (BRISTOL) wishes to further notify its constituents that the proposed rate of 0.030000 per $100.00 is the same tax rate that was in effect last year. The 0.586756 percent increase in total taxes referred to in this notice equals approximately $142.00 in additional total taxes for 2012 for our district. According to the Assessor’s office, this increase is due to increased taxable values in the EC ESD#7 (improvements and losses of agricultural exemptions).

LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Ennis, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2012, in the City Commission Chamber located in the Ennis Municipal Building at 115 W. Brown to consider an Ordinance repealing Ordinance 03-06-01 in its entirety; adopting the 2009 Editions of the International Building, Residential, Energy Conservation, Fire, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Existing Building, and Property Maintenance Codes, the 2011 National Electric Code, and the Latest Edition on File of the National Fire Code; providing a severability clause; repealing any conflicting Ordinances or parts thereof; and establishing an effective date.
