LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE EISD SPECIAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT WILL DESTROY SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS The Ennis ISD Department of Special Education will destroy the remainder of the district’s special education records currently on file for students with a cessation date from special education of 7 years or greater. After the destruction of records, the special education office will keep only the student’s name and birth date on file. If you have need of any educational records kept by the special education office of Ennis ISD, you must call 972-872-7041, or come to the EISD Administration Building at 303 West Knox and request copies of these records before September 21st, 2012. After September 21st, 2012 the records will no longer be made available by EISD. EL DEPARTAMENTO DE EDUCACION ESPECIAL DESTRUIRA EXPEDIENTES DE LA EDUCACION ESPECIAL El Departamento de Educacion Especial de la Ennis ISD destruira el resto de los expedientes de la educacion especial en el archivo para los estudiantes que estaban in clases especiales entre los cete anos. Despues de la destruccion de expedientes, la oficina de la educacion especial guarde en archivo solamente el nombre del estudiante y la fecha del de nacimiento. Si tienes necesidad de cualesquiera expedientes educativos guardados por la oficina de la educacion especial, llama por favor 972-872-7041 o ven a la oficina de la educacion especial en 303 Knox de Oeste y pide las copias de estos expedientes antes del 21 de Septiembre de 2012. Despouse del 21 de Septiembre las archivo no van estade en el departamento de educacion especial de EISD.
