LEGAL NOTICE The Ennis Independent School District is now accepting bids for work trucks. Interested bidders should pick up bid packets including specifications at the Bus Garage/Maintenance Facility located at 2600 N. Kaufman Street, Ennis, Texas. Deadline for submission of sealed bids is Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Business Office, Ennis ISD, Attn: Brenda Martinek, P.O. Box 1420, 303 W. Knox St., Ennis, TX 75120. LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 12-09-05 An Ordinance of the City of Ennis, Texas repealing Ordinance 03-06-01 in its entirety; adopting the 2009 Editions of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Energy Conservation Code, International Fire Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Existing Building Code, International Property Maintenance Code, the 2011 National Electric Code, and the latest Edition on file of the National Fire Code, in the City of Ennis, Texas; providing a severability clause; repealing any ordinance or parts therof that conflict therewith; and establishing an effective date.
