Agreement is a positive step for police

It is a foregone conclusion to most of us that the police forces of the city of Ennis and the Ennis Independent School District would have a vested interest in working jointly.

With the safety of thousands of students, teachers, administrators and staff of the school district under the watchful eye of but a handful of police officers who cannot be present everywhere at once, there has been a kind of working agreement in place between the two entities for as long as anyone can remember.
