Election vital for Ellis County


Early voting starts on Monday and it’s essential that voters get out to the polls and vote.
This is a tired message but clearly one that needs to be reiterated time and time again, especially now. Eastern Ellis County faces two elections that are absolutely vital to our future.
Locally, we have two candidates running a heated race for county commission – incumbent Bill Dodson and challenger Lane Grayson. It appears this could be one of those elections decided by just a few votes, meaning your vote truly does mean something.
