Festival a chance to celebrate
We are in the thick of polka fever in Ennis, months before the annual National Polka Festival shindig that takes over our city on Memorial Day weekend.
The winter polka fix — the Ennis Czech Music Festival — begins tonight with the Polka Pre-Party and Jam at the Sokol Activity Center on SH 34. From there, we have a full day of music and heritage celebration Saturday at the facility.
