Finally over the New Year crud

Sunday morning was the first of 2013 that was blessedly missing the creeping doom feeling of thick illness. There is small comfort in knowing I wasn’t alone.
Ennis is getting hit hard to start off the new year, that much is pretty apparent. When it came time to journey to the local pharmacies for some over-the-counter relief from whatever-the-heck illness is making the rounds, the line in the prescription drive-through window lane was wrapped around the block at both CVS and Walgreens.
