‘Harvey’ showcases talents

When it came time to visit Ennis Public Theatre for the beginning of the run of Harvey on Friday, there was no telling what we’d be walking into.

My better half was just as interested in this show as I was. Harvey, she said, was a movie well worth my time, thought I haven’t quite had time to do it up to this point. Kids do that to you, as many of you are well aware — absorbing “free” time with the innumerable tasks of their amazing, developing lives.

I digress. Harvey was a great show. It’s well worth spending a few bucks, and the theater has even offered a “pay what you can night” this Thursday for those who’d love to get their foot in the door of the theater if they’re a bit short of regular ticket price.
