Ennis has a problem for which no one seems to have an answer.
Part of my job is checking the police reports as they’re sent to us every morning. Most of the entries are simple things like traffic stops, DUI and run-of-the-mill drug arrests, standard stuff. Occasionally, though, there’s one call that sticks out to me.
