In which we mourn a sandwich

It was a harsh blow when the Brown Street Café closed its doors across from Ennis City Hall last fall.
We lost one of the few local outlets in town that offered a great veggie sandwich. (Now, unfortunately, many may immediately quit reading, having realized this is a column about a veggie sandwich).
