Last year at this time, drought was hitting us on all fronts. The lake was down — WAY down — the temperature was up — WAY up — and people were going crazy. Literally, the attitude of your average individual takes a nosedive when you have more than 40 days of 100-degree temperatures.
And in conditions like those, you have a perfect setup for wildfires.
