Meteor shows need for NASA funding

It’s not every day that you hear our local landed gentry talking about a news story from the other side of the world. Then again, this was far from the average news story.
It was really hard to concentrate on my work last Friday as news reports of a meteorite impact in Chelyabinsk, Russia began filtering in across the internets Friday morning, hours after the impact injured more than 1,500 Russians.
