The American electorate handed President Barack Obama a decisive victory on Tuesday night, marking a stunning rebuke to critics and demagogues who claimed the country was tired of this Administration’s policies. Now as the dust begins to settle and we dig in for another four years, it’s important to keep in perspective the president’s promises, failures, and plans going forward.
