Take part in BBQ Bash next week
Each year, Travis Elementary starts a flurry of school-driven meal fund-raisers with its annual BBQ Bash.
This year’s event does not coincide with a home football game but the 5-8 p.m. BBQ dinner Sept. 21 should still have an excellent turnout as local residents celebrate the end of what has been a relatively moderate summer – but a Texas summer nonetheless.
