Tax district acts quickly to fix error
We’re glad to hear the Ellis County taxing district has caught the error that affects Ennis residents over age 65 quickly and is working to correct that error promptly.
After all, taxation is one of the foundations of our government system, one that requires exact accuracy to be just and fair, and a point of major contention both personally and politically for just about everybody.
