The best birthday present I got all day last Friday wasn’t something you could buy in a store. It wasn’t either of the delicious chocolate cakes presented to me by friends and colleagues, nor was it the inevitable Type 2 Diabetes sure to follow. It was a little yellow card from Ellis County.
