Today is a day for finding our way again


In a history that is shrouded from memory by the years that have passed, there are always moments that shape and define us. As a people and as a nation, few if any of those moments will stand up to the test of time like Nov. 22, 1963, the assassination date of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

On that day, in a plaza not too far from us here in Ennis, the United States was attacked in the most intimate way we had ever been.
