Welcome to the National Polka Festival

Small towns love their festivals.

Here in Ennis we’re blessed with back to back events that rank high on several regional publications’ lists of things to do — the National Polka Festival and Bluebonnet Trails Festival.

This weekend, we once again, for the 48th time in fact, celebrate the international flavor of the National Polka Festival. The Czech heritage in Ennis is a unique one and this weekend we welcome thousands of tourists willing to celebrate that culture and learn more about it.
