Moreno, Hicks to wed


Haley Moreno and Briley Hicks are happy to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Haley is the daughter of Joe and Jill Moreno. Haley is a 2008 graduate of Ennis High School and 2010 graduate of Navarro College Cosmetology. Briley is the son of William and Sharon Hicks and Becky Bailey. He is a 2007 graduate of Abilene High School and a 2012 graduate of Tarleton State University. The wedding will be held at Tabernacle Baptist Church in April. The couple plans to reside in Midland.
