The Public Meeting will be held at Ennis High School, 2301 Ensign Road, Ennis, Texas 75119 on Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The purpose of the Public Meeting is to present the proposed project to the public and receive comments. It will be conducted in an informal open house format with no formal presentation. The potential ROW acquisition would impact undeveloped, residential, commercial, or industrial properties. No residential, commercial or industrial properties are anticipated to be displaced.
