Benefit tournament judged a success
The 13th annual Cancer Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by the Boon Family was a big success. With the generous support by the citizens of Ennis and contributions across Texas and the rest of the United States, $65,000 was raised for the Baylor Health Care System Foundation of Dallas for genetic work in cancer research.
Over the 13 years of the Cancer Memorial Golf Tournament, the support from many wonderful people has enabled the family to donate $559,268 to cancer research.
Once again, thanks to all of the supporters, golfers and volunteer workers who make the tournament a huge success.
