What he does speaks so loudly, I can’t hear what he is saying!

I encourage voters to make voting decisions based on what lawmakers do rather than what they say. If they do so, they will find Senator Cornyn likes to talk about how conservative he is, but when it comes to actually standing up and voting conservatively, he falls short.
