Cornyn speaks on bill passage
This continuing resolution is a small step in the right direction and I am pleased that my Democratic colleagues joined Republicans in supporting much needed spending cuts. Now, we must build on this and work together in a bipartisan fashion to craft a long-term extension that seriously reins in out-of-control federal spending.
