After months of uncertainty, the family of 11-year-old Jonathan Ramsey said they finally have a measure of closure.
Sgt. Warren Mitchell of the Dallas Police Department confirmed that skeletal remains found in southern Ellis County on April 21 indeed belong to the missing child.
