280 jobs affected as facility shutters

A spokesman for Direct Energy declined to go into specifics about help for the 280  workers whose jobs were affected by the shutdown of the Ennis facility.

Micah Hirschfield, director of external relations for Direct Energy, on Tuesday returned a request for comment from The Ennis Daily News made late last month about the facility’s then-impending closure.
