Ag in the Classroom

Students from both Ennis ISD intermediate schools visited Ennis High School on Friday to learn more about how agriculture touches their daily lives.
The Ag in the Classroom initiative aims to impart agricultural lessons to students at an early age, according to EHS Ag teacher Amber Huckabee.
Huckabee said students from Jack Lummus and Dorie Miller Intermediate visit Lion Memorial Stadium every year for hands-on experience with plants and livestock, including goats, sheep, pigs, horses and dairy cattle presented by EHS Ag students.
