Ennis is set to consider giving zoning clearance for a new apartment complex development near Ennis Regional Medical Center on Monday.
The Ennis City Commission will consider a zoning change at its regular meting for a four-plex development estimated at $9 million with a total of 80 units. The currently vacant land sits south of the hospital facility and Baylor Surgicare, and would occupy a bit under 9.5 acres of land. The zoning change would be from commercial-planned development to high-density multi-family planned development.
