Barton backs ‘Audit The Fed’

Rep. Joe Barton, R-Ennis, was one of a body of congressmen who voted for HR 459, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act, on Wednesday.

Barton is a co-sponsor of the bill, which passed with bipartisan support in a vote of 327 to 98. It now heads to the Senate.
