Bash boosts Travis

Staff and parents at Travis Elementary are gearing up for their annual BBQ Bash on Sept. 21.
The bash is Travis’s signature fundraising event, sponsored in part by the Travis Parent Teacher Organization. Travis Principal Ryan McCabe said the event raises $12,000-$15,000 every year.
“The community takes care of us,” McCabe said.
