Big hits vault GAF-Elk to city playoff win


Strong bats give GAF-Elk players a city playoff win.

With a number of the players’ families heading off on vacation this week, the GAF-Elk Kaboom had one shot to earn a city tournament victory on Tuesday night.

Riding the strength of some strong hits, GE took advantage of its chance with a 13-7 win over the Edward Jones Warriors. GE finished with more hits (5-2) in the win. GE will be back in action next month, however, at the TTAS midget district tourney.
